This is one of the more recent additions to the club and what a learning curve for the members.  It is 4' X 3' with several interconnecting loops and hidden sections.  We have had to make virtually everything & build our own loco's & rolling stock.  This a beautiful model but with quarries, wharf, mines, village, trees & a trestle bridge to construct it was a race to get it ready for our 2010 show.  This is now a very popular layout at shows.  Following a recent show children were asked how it could be improved & following their suggestions we now have rock climbers, a 2nd station halt, a chapel & a wedding scene.  It is soon to be featured in a national model railway magazine.
